A coupling apparatus of threaded plastic pipes is provided to keep a seal mold band at the initial position even when a plastic compressed band is tightened by a bolt and a nut. A coupling apparatus of a threaded plastic pipes, includes bolt-nut tightened bars(210) molded through an injection molding process. Each bolt-nut tightened bar has a joint unit(200) having bolt holes(214). The bolt-nut tightened bars are formed integrally to both ends of a plastic compressed band(100) through a thermofusion process. A seal band having a plurality of ribs is interposed between the plastic compressed and threaded plastic pipes.
