An apparatus for adjusting a camber angle of a vehicle is provided to perform the adjustment of the camber angle based on the displacement of a stabilizer bar caused by the change of the movement attitude of a vehicle according to the rolling of the vehicle. An apparatus for adjusting a camber angle of a vehicle includes a stabilizer bar(10), an assistant link(22), and a cam. The stabilizer bar(10) fixes two opposite ends of right and left lower arms by links(14). The assistant link(22) is installed toward a bush(26) of an upper arm between the stabilizer bar(10) and the link(14). The cam(24) is hinged to the bush(26) at the front end of the assistant link(22). The cam(24) pressurizes the bush(26) outward the chamber of a vehicle through a driving force delivered to the assistant link(22) when the vehicle rolls.
