A flux coating method and a device of a tube for a heat exchanger are provided to improve productivity by simplifying a flux coating process and to secure uniformity of the mixture forming a coating layer and to prevent sedimentation of the applied flux by equally stirring, extruding, and applying the mixture. A flux coating method of a tube(100) for a heat exchanger made of aluminum comprises the steps of: moving the tube of the heat exchanger at predetermined speed; moving the tube to a pretreatment furnace(220) and washing the surface of the tube; moving the washed tube to an extrusion applying device(230) and forming a coating film on the surface of the tube by applying the mixture of flux, a binder, and a solvent extruded from the extrusion applying device, on the surface of the tube as the half-melted mixture containing flux powder; and moving the tube having the coating film to a thickness regulating roller(240) and adjusting the thickness of the coating film by the thickness regulating roller. The coating film forming step comprises the steps of: making the mixture by stirring the flux, the binder, and the solvent; pressing the mixture toward the tube; and applying the mixture on the surface of the tube moving along an application hole formed on the extrusion applying device.
