A sheet bending method is provided to bend the sheet to a right angle without damaging a part of the sheet to be bent while fixing the sheet by advancing a fixing bar into an upper part of a sheet in a final process such that the fixing bar is longitudinally horizontal to both sides of the sheet. A sheet bending method comprises: a dividing step(S10) of pressing a upper mold die onto a sheet to divide the sheet into sheets with set dimensions; an outer bending step(S20) of pressing the divided sheet and bending upward both end portions of the sheet to form separation preventing elements that are oppositely directed to each other; a fixing bar placing step(S30) of positioning a fixing bar in the center of an upper surface of the bent sheet, the fixing bar having an inserting groove such that the separation preventing elements are inserted into the inserting groove; and an inner bending step(S40) of pressing the fixing bar positioned on the upper face of the sheet by an upper die to form a bending groove in the sheet. The inner bending step includes a first bending step(S41) of temporarily bending upward both inner portions of the separation preventing elements of the sheet, and a second bending step(S42) of perpendicularly bending upward the both inner parts to form a guiding groove in the sheet, and discharging the guiding groove-formed sheet to the outside.
