A device for inputting information is provided to enable a user to hold and use the device conveniently by reducing size of the device, and improve convenience for storing, processing, and storing mass information by embedded a portable sub storage device such as an HDD(Hard Disk Drive). A rotating input module includes a manipulator rotating/fixing a supporter fixed to the PCB and a detector generating a signal corresponding to rotation of the manipulator, and is installed to expose the manipulator to one side of the body. An optical module is fixed to the PCB to be exposed to another side of the body and generates the signal corresponding to movement of the body. The portable sub storage device such as the HDD(90) is embedded in the body. An additional switch for controlling operation of the HDD is installed to the body.
