A system for supplying a wheel and a tire in a vehicle assembly process is provided to solve a problem of a related art that a user feels inconvenience for a low working position because a tire is positioned at a ground surface when a fit lifts and mounts the tire on the ground surface. A drop lifter(1) sequentially extracts a tire from a place, in which tires are stacked on each other, and supplies the tire. A curve conveyer(2) is installed to convey the tire supplied from the drop lifter(1). A rotation basket(3) rotates the tire supplied in the curve conveyer(2) to make the height and attitude of tires such that the tires are mounted in a body. A frame is coupled to a hinge shaft such that the rotation basket(3) freely rotates. A roller is installed in the bottom surface of the rotation basket(3) with a predetermined distance from the hinge shaft to rotate about the rotation shaft while supporting the rotation basket(3). A rotation arm is horizontally installed in the lower portion of the hinge shaft. A rotation cylinder is coupled with a load at a terminal end to rotate the rotation arm and the hinge shaft. A stop unit stops the movement of the tire supplied to the rotation basket(3) in waiting time. The stop unit is installed such that the tire rolls into a basket, which is installed in the side surface of the body, without power in working.
