An apparatus for manufacturing bean curd comprising a double vessel part for preventing direct interior heat transfer to the exterior, a double filter part for completely filtering bean curd refuse(Biji, Okara) and a heater for playing a role of a support for fixing a cover part is provided. The bean curd making machine insures safe utilization, improves the taste of bean curd by completely filtering the bean curd refuse and allows easy cleaning by preventing scorching at the heater. A bean curd making machine comprises: a cover part(1) with a handle(7), an operation switch(12) and a cover cable(8) at the upper part, a motor(9) and a knife(13) at the bottom part and a heater(2,2') on both sides of the motor to play a role of a support; a filter part(3) at the lower part of the cover part to cover the motor and knife; a double filter part(30) at the lower part of the filter part to cover the exterior of the filter part; and a double vessel part(4) with an irregular part at an inner bottom to detach and attach the double filter part and a handle(6) at an exterior front. The double vessel part has a removable discharge filter(20) at a discharge portion of an upper corner. |
