A torsion bar is provided to expand an adjusting range of tilting force by controlling tilting force of a cap according to load of the cap. A torsion bar(50) comprises: a torsion bar body(52) generating a torsion moment and a tilting force adjusting bar(56) fitted to a cylinder unit(54) formed at both ends of the torsion bar body, which controls tilting force by differentiating the size of a hollow(58). A serration is formed between an inner circumference surface of the hollow of the torsion bar body and an outer circumference surface of the tilting force adjusting bar.
