摘要 A refrigerant controlling device for an air conditioner of a vehicle is provided to control an amount of refrigerant supply for the vehicle air conditioner by using a multi-stepped actuator for controlling a load of a compressor, optimize the operation of the compressor for improving a fuel ratio of the vehicle, and control optimum refrigerant flow according to an engine through various conditions of the vehicle for controlling engine output and exhaust gas. A refrigerant controlling device for a vehicle air conditioner includes a sensor part(300) for sensing vehicle speed, a control part(310) for generating a signal according to the sensed vehicle speed, and a valve(320) of which opening and closing is controlled by the signal generated in the control part. A negative pressure supplying part(330) generates negative pressure which is controlled by opening or closing of the valve. A negative pressure pipe(340) is integrated into the negative pressure supplying part and serves as a path for the negative pressure. An actuator(400) controls an amount of refrigerant supply according to the negative pressure, and has a cylinder(350) integrated into the negative pressure pipe, a plunger(360) reciprocating in the cylinder by the negative pressure, a pressing part(370) integrated into a lower part of the plunger for pressing a hose(220) through which the negative pressure passes, and a spring(380) elastically supporting the plunger at a lower part of the cylinder.
