A pneumatic vehicle tire is provided to allow a bead section to closely make contact with a rim by strongly compressing rubber of a bead toe through increase in a bead base angle. A pneumatic vehicle tire comprises a tread, a sidewall and a bead section(1). The bead section(1) comprises a bead wire section(2), a bead filler section(3), a rim(4) and a bead base section(5) that makes contact with the rim(4). The bead base section(5) comprises a bead toe(6) and a bead heel(7). The bead section(1) has a bead ring diameter(D) larger than a rim diameter(DR) of the rim(4), at which the tire is mounted, by 2.5±0.4mm. A bead base angle(alpha) between the bead base line(A) of the bottom surface of the bead base section(5) and a horizontal surface is 21°±0.5°. The bead heel(7) has a radius of 7.5±0.5mm.
