An entrance and exit management system and a method thereof are provided to manage incoming/outgoing history and authentication information of event participants integrally by using a two-dimensional bar code system. A user computer(100) inputs personal information and receives a prior admission registration card. A management server(200) having a control unit(290) accepts the prior admission registration card, publishes a two dimensional admission card, and displays incoming/outgoing histories of all participants through a screen. A manager server(300) having a central processing unit for analyzing and managing incoming/outgoing information of participants performs authenticating process by using the personal information to transmit the prior admission registration card including the two-dimensional bar code, and transmits the authentication information to the management server.
