A stand-up foundation material for the bottom of a wall is provided to be installed with low effort and to have high strength as compared with the former stand-up foundation material. A stand-up foundation material(100) is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape as a whole and provided with two through holes(103,104) penetrating from a top side(101) to a bottom side in the thickness direction and extending in the longitudinal direction, and ÝÀ-shaped grooves(105) extending in the thickness direction at two longitudinal ends. The stand-up foundation material is made of concrete using bottom ash as aggregate and fixed to an installation surface such as a concrete surface or a steel plate by placing a plate-shaped member of a fixing member to each through hole and fixing a screw member of the fixing member to the installation surface.
