An assembly structure of a roof rack cross bar is provided to allow the cross bar to be movable smoothly with respect to a roof rack by reducing a gap formed between a support and the cross bar. An assembly structure includes a roof rack, a cross bar(200) movable in the lengthwise direction of the roof rack, and a support(100) assembled to both ends of the cross bar so as to limit the movement of the cross bar. The support has an inner surface on which a guide protrusion(110) is formed in the lengthwise direction, and the cross bar has a guide recess(210) formed at the side to be joined to the support for fitting of the guide protrusion so as to reduce a gap formed between the support and the cross bar.
