A multiple-vinyl packing vinyl burlap bag with a UV(Ultraviolet) interception function is provided to extend the circulation period of the contents. A multiple-vinyl packing vinyl burlap bag for containing the contents such as a fertilizer is formed by overlapping and fusing regenerated or functional vinyl in multiple layers. An inner vinyl burlap bag(20) has black color to cut off UV rays included in the sunlight. The inner vinyl burlap bag occupies 1~40% of the total weight according to the kinds of the contents. An outer vinyl burlap bag(10) is produced in various colors including green and yellow, or transparently and printed with an explanation.
