A system, an apparatus and a method for wireless communication and a recording medium are provided to perform re-access by changing a contact based on contact information notified before a usage frequency is changed, thereby reducing a period of communication halt. In a wireless communication system(2) for changing usage frequencies when detecting other-purpose radio waves on the usage frequency, the system comprises first and second communication devices(APx, CLx). The first communication device notifies a contact of contact information where the usage frequencies are different when detecting the other-purpose radio waves. The second communication device changes the contact based on the contact information notified from the accessed first communication device. |
