Triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidine derivatives of the general formula (I), in which R1 is an alkyl group optionally substituted with halogen atoms, R2 is a phenyl group optionally substituted fluorine atoms, R3 and R4 represent a hydroxy group, R is XOH, in which X is CH2, OCH2CH2 or a bond, their use as medicaments, compositions containing them and a process for their preparation.
