A payment processing apparatus is provided to solve a problem that a customer has to carry plural payment tools for guaranteeing anonymity, security, portability and two way property. A payment processing apparatus comprises a payment tool database(130), a transaction interface, and a payment agent(125). The payment tool database(130) stores information on payment tools used by a client. The transaction interface receives personal authentication information, generated on the basis of a certificate provided by a certificate authority, from the client. The payment agent(125) combines the received personal authentication information with the payment tool information and payment information, generates a payment authentication code, and transmits the payment authentication code to a payment server. |
