A fabrication method of a flexible display device is provided to reduce a kickback phenomenon caused by electric charges charged between a sus substrate and an upper electrode by being capable of sus-contact of a source and a gate TCP(Tape Carrier Package). A gate electrode(105), a storage electrode(107) and a gate pad(109) are formed on a sus substrate. A first insulating layer(111) is formed on the gate electrode, the storage electrode and the gate pad. A semiconductor layer is formed on the first insulating layer on the gate electrode. A source electrode(115), a drain electrode(117) and a data pad(119) are formed on the first insulating layer including the semiconductor layer. A second insulting layer(123) is formed on the entire substrate, and includes a plurality of contact parts respectively exposing the drain electrode, the storage electrode, the data pad and a portion of the sus substrate. A pixel electrode(127), a gate pad electrode(129), a data pad electrode(131) and a sus substrate contact electrode(133) are formed on the second insulating layer, and are electrically connected to the drain electrode, the storage electrode, the data pad and the sus substrate through the plurality of contact parts. |
