An organic luminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a different optical path length in each pixel by using a single half-tone mask. A plurality of reflection electrodes are formed on an insulation substrate(101). An insulating layer(105,115) having a contact part exposing a part of the reflection electrodes is formed on the reflection electrodes having a different thickness. A transparent electrode pattern is formed on the insulating layer and the reflection electrodes. An organic luminescence layer(117) is formed at the entire surface of the substrate including the transparent electrode pattern. A cathode electrode(119) is formed on the organic luminescence layer. An upper substrate(131) is attached to the insulation substrate. An RGB-color layer is formed on the upper substrate. |
