A pharmaceutical composition comprising pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and pharmaceutical effective amounts of heparinoid compound or low molecular weight heparin and a platelet aggregation antagonist compound. This composition is appropriate for treating or preventing a thrombogenic condition associated with a thrombosis related ischemic disorder. This invention is also directed to the use of this pharmaceutical composition in the preparation of a medicament for treating or preventing a physiological condition associated with thrombosis related ischemic disorder.
