An insulating oil type radiator is provided to flow an insulating oil smoothly by forming a gap between a first elbow and a second elbow to have a rounded shape, and to reduce the number of radiator grilles. An insulating oil and a transformer(11) are built in a main body(10). An upper header(32) is connected to an upper coupler(12) of the main body. A lower header(33) is connected to a lower coupler(13). A plurality of radiator grilles(34) are installed between the upper and lower headers. A second flange(35a) connected to a first flange(12a) is formed in a first elbow(35). One end of a second elbow(36) is connected to the upper header by welding, and the other end is connected to the upper header. The first and second elbows are bended roundly. A sub-radiator grille is installed between the first elbow and the lower header.
