An organic electro luminescence display device is provided to improve brightness through a total refection by forming a metal layer for reflecting the light emitted from an organic electro luminescence layer. A thin film transistor(Td) is formed on a first substrate. A first insulating layer(129) is formed on a second substrate. A preliminary electrode(122) is formed at a sidewall of the first insulating layer to reflect the light to the front side outputted over the predetermined angle. An organic luminescence layer is inserted into a first electrode and a second electrode within a pixel region. A spacer(130) connects the thin film transistor and the second electrode. |
