Described are pharmaceutical compositions of descarboethoxyloratadine (DCL), a metabolic derivative of loratadine, for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and other histamine-induced disorders. The compositions are formulated to avoid the incompatibility between DCL and reactive additives.
