A device for selecting an address of a semiconductor memory device is provided to transfer an internal address signal accurately without signal distortion in response to a refresh signal. An external address selection part(100) outputs an external address signal and an equal phase signal if the refresh signal is a disable signal in response to an external address signal and the refresh signal. An internal address selection part(200) outputs an internal address signal and an equal phase signal if the refresh signal is an enable signal in response to an internal address signal and the refresh signal. An output part(300) outputs a selected address signal in response to the output signal of the external address selection part and the internal address selection part. A latch part(400) latches an address signal of the output part.
