A ring oscillator of a semiconductor device is provided to secure an oscillation signal with a uniform period regardless of temperature variation by minimizing the temperature dependence of a ring oscillator. A ring oscillator(2000) includes an odd number of inverters. A power supply driving part drives the power supply terminal of each inverter of the ring oscillator. A temperature compensation control part controls the power supply driving part by corresponding to temperature. The ring oscillator includes a plurality of capacitors connected in parallel to the output node of each inverter. The temperature compensation control part performs a temperature compensation operation in response to a select signal.
