An automatic macro inspecting device is provided to improve reliability of a product favorably and to reduce operation load and inspection time, by examining presence of defects on a glass substrate rapidly and easily using a line illumination, a reflection mirror, and a line sensor camera. An automatic macro inspecting device comprises a line illumination unit(110), at least two reflection mirrors(120), and a line sensor camera unit(130). The line illumination unit is installed apart from a glass substrate(G) to irradiate light to the surface of the glass substrate. The reflection mirror reflects the light irradiated from the line illumination unit. The line sensor camera unit checks defects on the glass substrate by sensing the light reflected by the reflection mirror. The reflection mirror keeps a regular angle to reflect the light irradiated from the line illumination unit to the line sensor camera unit. The line illumination unit, the reflection mirror, and the line sensor camera unit are supported by a supporting member in an inspection room(200).
