摘要 An organic electro-luminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase an aperture ratio by forming an anode electrode of an EL(Electro-Luminescence) cell at an opposite side with respect to a driving TFT. An organic electro-luminescence display device includes an EL(Electro-Luminescence) cell(OEL) and a driving TFT(DT). The EL cell includes an opaque cathode electrode, a transparent anode electrode, and at least one organic layer which is formed between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode. A drain electrode of the driving TFT is connected to the cathode electrode. A source electrode of the driving TFT is connected to a baseband voltage source. The driving TFT(Thin Film Transistor) adjusts a current flowing through the EL cell. The source electrode of the driving TFT has a ring shape which surrounds the drain electrode. A driving control circuit(166) controls the driving TFT.
