A driving circuit and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module having the same are provided to minimize circuit lines exposed to a mechanical impact by providing a dummy pattern capable of absorbing the mechanical impact in a driving circuit, thereby reducing a pixel defect which may be generated in the LCD module. A driving circuit comprises a tape(130), a driving chip(110), plural circuit lines(120), and at least one dummy pattern(160). The driving chip is provided on the tape. The plural circuit lines are connected to the driving chip. The at least one dummy pattern is provided along the progress direction of the circuit lines and is formed in a side portion of the extreme outline of the circuit lines. The dummy pattern comprises an impact absorbing unit(165) and an electrostatic preventing pattern(162). The impact absorbing unit is formed in the end portion of the tape and in a round shape in the outline direction of the tape. The electrostatic preventing pattern is formed in a saw shape in a driving chip direction.
