An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to fasten a clip in order to fix a main support and an LCD panel harder, thereby preventing damage caused by the alignment badness of the LCD panel. An LCD device comprises a main support(170), an LCD panel(100), and a separate fixing member(200). The main support receives a light source(160), a light guide plate(150), and optical sheets(140). The LCD panel is set on the main support. The separate fixing member presses and fixes the main support and the LCD panel. The fixing member is composed of one of a clip(200) with a 'd', Korean alphabet, shape and a clip with a triangular form of which one side is opened.
