A cap with a sun visor is provided to achieve good ventilation and cover both sides of a user's face by installing a cap portion on the upper part of a shade and a user's neck without coming into contact with the user's face. A hair band portion is installed on the upper part of the inner edge of a shade(1). A rubber band is installed between the rear end portions on both sides of the hair band portion. The lower end portion of a cap portion(11) is installed on the outer edge of the hair band portion. The upper and lower parts of the cap portion are open. A fastening string insertion portion into which a fastening string is inserted to penetrate is installed on the cap portion. A side cover portion and a rear cover portion are formed at the lower part of the cap.
