A luminous coating method of tires is provided to secure the wide color tone and high luminance by luminously coating a sidewall part of the tire and to show a good light emission effect while driving at night. A luminous coating method of tires comprises: a first coating step for applying coloring base paints on a sidewall part of the tire in the thickness of 10~50 micrometers and then hardening the sidewall part at 50~120deg.C, wherein the coloring base paint is produced by dissolving organic solvent type curable paints or water curable paints containing base resin, coloring pigments, metallic pigment, and a crosslinking agent, in a solvent; a second coating step for printing the photoluminescent pigment ink on the hardened coating film in the thickness of 20~40 micrometers and selectively hardening the photoluminescent pigment ink at 50~120deg.C; and a third coating step for applying the transparent paints on a colored base paint layer and a photoluminescent pigment ink layer in the thickness of 5~100 micrometers.
