An LCD device is provided to form column spacers and beads spacers together, thereby keeping stable cell gaps even at an external pressure and a low temperature. An LCD device comprises a first substrate, plural gate lines, plural data lines, plural TFTs(Thin Film Transistors), plural pixel electrodes, plural sustain electrode lines, a second substrate(210), a common electrode(270), a liquid crystal layer(3), plural beads spacers(320b), and plural column spacers. The common electrode, formed on the second substrate, has a cut part corresponding to first and second small electrodes. The plural beads spacers support the first and second substrates. The plural column spacers, formed on the second substrate, have no contact with the first substrate.
