A gasket of a front-loading washing machine is provided to cover a portion of a drum for preventing debris from entering a space between the gasket and the drum by installing a blocking unit extended from an interlocking body and separated a small gap from the drum. A gasket of a front-loading washing machine has an interlocking body(41), and a non-interlocking body(31). An end of the interlocking body is combined to a tub(11), and an end of the non-interlocking body is combined to a cabinet(10). A blocking unit(50), which extends from the interlocking body, covers a portion of a drum(13) rotated within the tub. The blocking unit is shaped such that an end of the blocking unit covers over an end of the drum so as to block the debris from entering the space between the gasket and the drum. |
