An illuminating lamp with a cord reel multi-tap function, noctilucence, and an aromatic agent is provided to enhance convenience of a user by automatically spraying the aromatic agent through an automatic time sensor by inserting an aromatic agent container in the illuminating lamp. A cord of an illuminating lamp is inserted into a wall outlet and includes an upper button(120). The upper button is moved in vertical and horizontal directions. The illuminating lamp provides a night illumination function, an aroma emission function, and a cord reeling function to a user according to a position of the upper button. When the upper button is placed in a left direction, the illuminating lamp is turned on. When the upper button is placed in a center position, a cord length of a cord reel multi-tap is adjusted. When a multi-tap connection cord is pulled from the reel, the cord is elongated. When the multi-tap connection cord is released, the cord is retracted. |
