An apparatus for disposing of food waste is provided to dispose a larger amount of food waste within a short time, minimize the discharge amount of remaining material(compost) after disposal, and remove water from food waste more promptly by fermenting and annihilating food waste using microorganisms while passing food waste through a plurality of disposal chambers for a predetermined period. An apparatus for disposing of food waste comprises: a disposal equipment(1) including a body(1') of which an inner part is divided into first to third treatment chambers(1a-1c) by a plurality of partitions(13) having a transfer groove(13') formed in an upper central part thereof are installed, rotary bodies(11) which have a plurality of agitation bars(11') connected to an outer periphery thereof, and which are installed in the first to third treatment chambers, and connecting shafts(12) which connect the rotary bodies in the first to third treatment chambers through the partitions, and of which one is connected to a drive motor(101); a food waste injection equipment including an injection chamber which is installed on a side face of the body, and a transfer pipe which is installed in the injection chamber, which has a transfer vane continuously formed in a screw shape on an inner periphery thereof, and of which both ends are axially installed on rotary shafts; a heating equipment(3) including a plurality of heating wires(31) and temperature sensors installed on an outer periphery of the body; an air exhausting equipment(4) including a suction pipe(43) which is installed in a heating chamber(71), in which a plurality of suction holes(43') are formed, and which is connected to an exhaust pipe(42) connected to a blower(41); an air cooling equipment(5) including a cooling chamber formed above the body, and air transfer chambers(52,52') installed in the cooling chamber and connected by first to fourth cooling pipes; a cooling water supply equipment including a pump and a cooling water storage tank installed on one side portion of the body; and an air heating equipment(7) including a heating chamber installed at one side of the body, both air transfer chambers formed in the heating chamber and connected to one another by first to fourth heating pipes(73-76), and an air injection pipe(77) which is installed on an inner part of the body, in which air injection holes(77') are formed, and which is connected to one(72) of the air transfer chambers. |
