An apparatus for generating sale item definition data of a new service for enterprise resource planning and a method thereof are provided to process more speedily step by step generation of the sale item definition data of the new service according to task processes. An apparatus for generating sale item definition data of a new service for enterprise resource planning comprises a receiver(120), a transmitter(130), a process manager(140), an error manager(150) and a controller(160). The receiver(120) receives information on a request for developing sale item definition for the enterprises resource planning of the new service. The transmitter(130) transmits a control signal to plural task participant terminals which generate the sale item definition data via step by step processes in response to the request for developing the sale item definition. The process manager(140) manages integrated control of generating the sale item definition data of the plural task participant terminals on the basis of the control signal. The error manager(150) receives error information of each sale item, generated according to the step by step processes, from the plural terminals via a communication unit and transmits corresponding compensation requests to the plural terminals. The controller(160) updates the sale item definition data finally generated by the plural terminals at an enterprise resource planning server. |
