A structure for maintaining gap of a bank note discriminating apparatus is provided to prevent a top/bottom frame of the bank note discriminating apparatus from being twisted and assembled, by maintaining constant feed route gap of the bank note discriminating apparatus. A bank note discriminating apparatus comprises a top frame(11) and a bottom frame(12), and opens a feed route(20) by rotating the top frame upward around a hinge axis(13). According to a structure for maintaining gap of the bank note discriminating apparatus, a protrusion part(15) is formed on the bottom of the top frame, and a combination hole(16) inserted with the protrusion part is formed on the top of the bottom frame. |
