A customer network management apparatus and a method thereof are provided to monitor customer network IT equipment using a previously constructed communication network and system to provide a statistical reporting service to a customer. A customer network management apparatus includes a data collector(122), a data processor(124), and a data notification processor(126). The data collector receives at least one of obstruction information, traffic, quality information and flow data collected from an external network. The data processor analyzes the received information and generates a statistical value corresponding to each period. The data notification processor transmits the statistical value corresponding to each period from the data processor to a terminal device.
