<p>A pressed aluminium compact is provided to enable the recovered aluminum to be used as a steelmaking deoxidizer by recovering aluminum from waste aluminum cans without performing a remelting process, and a method and an apparatus capable of simultaneously obtaining a uniform compact with a desired specific gravity and manufacturing pressed aluminium compacts with various compositions according to needs of users by accurately weighing a mixing ratio of aluminum and iron scraps are provided. An apparatus for manufacturing a pressed aluminium compact comprises: a dismantling machine(10) for dismantling a waste aluminum can-pressed body into each cans; a sorter(20) for sorting and removing alien substances contained in the waste aluminum can workpiece that has been dismantled into each cans; a cutter(30) for cutting the sorted waste aluminum can workpiece; a rotary kiln(40) for heating the cut waste aluminum can workpieces to burn and carbonize organic materials, a paint and the like on surfaces of the heated waste aluminum can workpieces; a pulverizer(50) for pulverizing the waste aluminum can workpieces that have been burnt and carbonized; an automatic weighing and injecting equipment(60) for weighing weights of the pulverized waste aluminum can workpieces and iron scraps and mixing the weighed pulverized waste aluminum can workpieces and iron scraps to supply the mixture into the press forming machine; and a press forming machine(70) for press forming the mixture of the waste aluminum can workpieces and the iron scraps that has been supplied from the automatic weighing and injecting equipment to manufacture a pressed aluminium compact.</p> |
