A device for eliminating contaminants present in an aquarium is provided to get rid of contaminants easily by connecting the device to an oxygen supply unit used for the aquarium. A device for eliminating contaminants present in an aquarium includes a filter, a water pump to suck water, a connection pipe(40), a water/air exhaust nozzle, and an air suction hose. The filter comprises a filter body(20); a contaminant holder(30); a second filter(33) combined with the connection pipe and having a plurality of slits(35) formed in a circumference direction; and a filter receiving tank(11) at which the filter body, the contaminant holder, and the connection pipe are installed. The filter body includes a first cylindrical shaped filter(21) having a plurality of slits(23) formed in a longitudinal direction, and a water fluidic tube(25) having a male screw(27) formed at one end thereof to connect the first filter and the filter receiving tank. |
