An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to protect a prism sheet by minimizing the collapse of mountains of the prism sheet during a vibration test by improving the structure of a protection sheet, thereby securing the reliability of the vibration test and improving the image quality of the LCD device. An LCD device comprises an LCD panel, a lamp, a lamp housing(303), a light guide plate, a diffusion sheet, a prism sheet(306), a protection sheet(307), and a main support(308). The lamp supplies light to the LCD panel. The lamp housing covers the lamp. The light guide plate converts the light incident from the lamp into a surface light source. The diffusion sheet diffuses light emitted to the upper part of the light guide plate. The prism sheet makes the light emitted from the diffusion sheet upright in a vertical direction. The protection sheet is positioned in the upper part of the prism sheet and has grooves formed in the four edges. The main support is positioned in the upper part of the lamp housing and receives the LCD panel. |
