An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device and a data driving circuit thereof are provided to form the structure of a pixel by repeating an RGBGBRBRG pattern so as for a green color to have simultaneously positive polarity and negative polarity in a frame, and apply a gradation voltage by changing the internal output structure of a data driving IC(Integrated Circuit), thereby preventing a flicker during the change of frames. An LCD panel(115) for an LCD device comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, and a color filter layer. The first substrate is disposed horizontally and vertically on a glass board to cross plural gate and data lines defining plural pixel areas and has a switching device formed in the intersection. The second substrate is attached to be opposite to the first substrate and has a pixel area defined correspondently to the pixel area of the first substrate. The color filter layer is formed by an RGBGBRBRG pattern repeated by the sub color filter of RGB in the pixel area of the second substrate. |
