An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to reduce the size of a lighting inspection unit by changing the structure of transistors into a line type, thereby forming the transistors and pads necessary for inspecting lighting within a driver IC(Integrated Circuit) space. An LCD device comprises first and second substrates, a pad portion, data driver input/output terminals(131,132), a transistor portion(141), and plural transistor pad terminals(135). The first and second substrates are opposite to each other. The pad portion is defined in a side of the first substrate. The data driver input/output terminals are formed in both ends of the vertical direction of the pad portion. The transistor portion has transistors(145) collecting each of R, G, B(Red, Green, Blue) signals applied from the data input terminal in a line in a horizontal direction. The plural transistor pad terminals are connected to the transistor portion. |
