摘要 <p>A recovery method of metal zinc contained in electric arc furnace dust is provided to recover metal zinc highly efficiently by rapidly cooling zinc in a state that reoxidation of zinc is suppressed, and reprocess waste of electric furnace dust(steelmaking dust) environmentally friendly by forming pores in slag generated after reaction, thereby reusing the porous slag as a functional material. A recovery method of metal zinc contained in electric arc furnace dust comprises: an electric arc furnace dust pellet-manufacturing process(100) of reacting electric arc furnace dust(steelmaking dust) which is desalinated and consisted of zinc oxide and Franklinite as principal components with a carbon reducing agent, adding a binder into the electric arc furnace dust that has been reacted with the carbon reducing agent, and molding the mixture into pellets; a zinc vapor recovering process(200) of charging the electric arc furnace dust that has been molded into the pellets into a zinc reduction furnace to separate and recover metal zinc in a gas phase; a reoxidation suppressing process(300) of passing the recovered zinc vapor and a gas mixture of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide through a cake bed filter, thereby reducing carbon dioxide into carbon monoxide to suppress reoxidation of zinc; and a metal zinc recovering process(400) of rapidly cooling the reoxidation suppressed zinc vapor to recover zinc metal.</p>
