A single stage vacuum thermoforming method is provided to reduce significantly the consumption of power in a heater, and shorten a production cycle. A single stage vacuum thermoforming method includes a first step of clamping a sheet, a second step of moving the sheet to the vicinity of a heater, a third step of heating the sheet, a fourth step of transferring the heated sheet to a predetermined molding position, a fifth step of permitting the sheet to be sucked to a mold, a sixth step of unclamping the sheet, and a seventh step of moving the unclamped sheet to a predetermined position by being sucked at the mold such that the first to third steps for another sheet are carried out.
