The capacitors of the first impedance control circuit (41) have different self-resonant frequencies, respectively, and the capacitors of the second impedance control circuits (42) have different self-resonant frequencies, respectively. Switching noise, which is generated from the first and the second transistors (Q1, Q2) and have a plurality of frequencies, is absorbed by a power supply terminal and a grounding terminal through the first and the second impedance control circuits (41, 42).
