INTELLIGENT POWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

An intelligent power management system is provided to save an electricity using cost or extend a lifetime of an electric device by allowing efficient power management of unnecessarily operated electric devices. An intelligent power management system(100) includes a sensing unit(112), a communication unit(114) of a transmitting device, a communication unit(122) of a control device, a control unit(124), a communication unit(132) of an electric device, a power control unit(134), and an input unit(116). The sensing unit senses whether or not a human body exists. The transmitting communication unit transmits a human body sensing signal sensed by the sensing unit to the communication unit of the control device. The control device communication unit receives the human body sensing signal from the communication unit of the transmitting device and transmits an operation signal generated by the control unit to the electric device communication unit. The control unit generates the operation signal for commands operation of the electric device in correspondence with the human body sensing signal received by the communication unit of the control device and transmits the operation signal to the communication unit of the electric device through the communication unit of the control device.
