A water power formative fountain is provided to give dynamic and visually beautiful feelings by rotating a ring shaped rotary disk with water power and to interlock a rotary body with the rotary disk. A ring shaped rotary disk(3) is inserted into an insertion recess(2a) formed on the upper surface of a body(2) in a water power formative fountain that uses the water power discharged from a pump(1). A guide recess(3a) is formed on the inner surface of the rotary disk in a circumferential direction. A rotary body(4) having a smaller diameter than the diameter of the inner surface of the rotary disk is disposed on the guide recess of the rotary disk. A water pressure path(2b) guiding the water pressure discharged from the pump to the insertion recess in an eccentric direction is formed inside the body.
