A disposable straw and a method for preventing outflow of the content by using the same are provided to prevent a beverage from flowing backward through an outlet of a vessel even if a user put a straw into the vessel. A disposable straw(40) includes a tubular body portion(49), an inlet(40b), an outlet(40a), a corrugation portion(404), and an intercepting portion(401). The inlet is formed on one end of the body portion, and the outlet is formed on the other end of the body portion. The corrugation portion and the intercepting portion are formed on the body portion between the inlet and the outlet. A fixing portion having a diameter greater than that of the body portion is formed on the body portion between the corrugation portion and the inlet. The fixing portion includes a first inclination portion. |
