Flooring for a railway vehicle is provided to shorten a term of works by laminating a floor sheet simultaneously by lamination of a floor board that is a molded article when the floor of the railway vehicle is constructed. Flooring for a railway vehicle comprises an under frame(10) for a railway vehicle, an embossed plate(20) made of stone formed and laminated on the under frame, a floor board(30) laminated in a predetermined thickness on the embossed plate, and a floor sheet laminated on the floor board.
